Q: What is the difference between a "Premium" and "Free" membership?

A: Premium membership gives you access to all of the features available on Dads and Dudes.

Premium members can enjoy the following features

• View status of sent messages
• Save messages
• See when members last logged in
• Live Video chat and Instant Messaging with Members
• Favorite / Buddy profiles / Profile ratings
• See who's looked at your profile
• Share your email address in your profile
• View all Members photos and videos
• Messenger with storing system
• Block members (can block all correspondence from certain members)

Q: I forgot my username and/or password, how can I retrieve my login details?

A: Click the Help! I forgot my password link and your login information will be emailed to you.

Q: I'm having trouble uploading my pictures to Dads and Dudes, can you help?

A: Yes, just send your picture to webmaster@dadsanddudes.com and we'll make sure your photo gets onto your profile. Make sure to send your username and password with the request.

Q: When I join by credit card, what shows up on my statement?

A: A charge from "CC Bill" will appear for the amount of your membership. No reference to Dads and Dudes or adult content will be shown.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: To cancel your paid membership, go to: http://www.ccbill.com. If you'd like to remove yourself from Dads and Dudes completely, you'll need to send us this request via email to dadsanddudes@gmail.com Please send your username along with the request.
